TSM-6864 TSM App: Error Message When Selecting Audit Dates

When opening a time series with a large number of data points and attempting to select one or more audit dates to load, an error message was shown, suggesting that an attempt was made at loading excessive amounts of data. This error was caused by an unnecessary loading of time series data in the background.
